Study: Top 10 scientifically accepted ways to study faster

Hey ! Everyone there I am back with my new blog and this blog is going to help a lot of people who want to study and learn faster. I found that many people weren't able to study anything faster and if they did so then they are unable to recall what they studied. So, in this blog I will list top 10 tips to study faster and concrete whatever you study. So without wasting anymore moments let's get to the list of:

Study: Top 10 scientifically accepted ways to study faster

1) Prepare notes with paper and pen

It doesn't mean you can take notes in laptop or mobile it literally means to take notes in the old fashioned style i.e. in real paper with pen, Because studies showed that those who study with their notes in paper with pen retained more knowledge than who did it in their laptop, as in paper you stay more focused while writing so it increases your focus on what you write and make the thing which you study more effective.

2) Develop enhanced note-taking skills

It comes to every step of study to take notes of what you hear in the class and revise them at home but if you can't make notes effectively then you will be unable to understand the real sense of that topic so here are some ideas on how to make enhanced notes for study:

  • Make the notes in your own words and in the same sense that you understood.
  • Keep some gaps after important topics to note down more information in future about same topic to keep them organized in same place.
  • Maintain a consistent short forms for large topics to save time.
  • Don't write full sentences in your notes instead write up to how much is required.
  • Use highlighter to highlights the main notes to study them in case there is less time to study.
Use above ways to take notes to make them more enhanced.

3) Make short practice but reliable practice on topics

To study better first you need to do is to separate or divide the topic into different small parts because it makes our sub-conscious mind to believe that the topic is easy to learn and this will really make you able to study faster.

4) Take short naps in middle of study

During study make some time to take naps during study to relax the mind and after relaxation of mind the mind becomes able to study well and that will really work for any age group of people.
You can take a nap of about 4-5 minutes after every 30 minutes of study.

5) Always upgrade the way you practice

During a long run of daily study it becomes important to make a slight change in the way you practice because if you practice same way you master something in same way but if you practice by changing the methods then you become master in all way. And it will make you able to study any topic in any sort of situation.

6) Study using mnemonic devices

During study if you use mnemonic devices or use other means of multimedia then it becomes more certain that whatever you study will stay in mind for longer time. If the topic is a understanding topic then use multimedia devices and also if you need to learn about some numerical data then it is better to sort them in a arranged manner to study them faster.

7) Use breaks and go out to restore your focus

New information need more attention of our brain to learn but a stressed and overloaded mind cannot store them so go out for a fresh walk or try something new rather then study to entertain brain and restore its focus.

8) Keep your body hydrated

Drinking adequate amount of water establishes more concentration in study. It is scientifically proven that water intake increases concentration. And keeping body more hydrated also increases cognitive abilities which will make you learn more faster.

9) Learn the same topic in multiple ways

While studying a topic study them in multiple ways like use of audio media, text media, visual media, etc all to make the mind more able to store the information in more reliable way. It actually stimulates more parts to brain to store data and thus increasing the place for them in the brain.

10) Connect your topics with what you know

While studying new topics we need to relate the topic with something which we already studied because if we study everything separately then there is more chance that we could forget the learned thing but if we relate it then it will remain in mind with other topics. And when we study things by relating it will what we know then it becomes more easy to learn it.
