The International Red Cross has given following steps to help control the spread of Corona virus:
  • Avoid any physical contact with those who show symptoms of the virus.
  • Stay at your home if you are sick and not feeling well because you body is weak when you are sick and virus can attack easily.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth after any physical contact with any object which is exposed to out because it may contain the contagious droplets of Corona.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with any cloth, tissue or mask while coughing or sneezing, and sanitize it well after its use. If a anything isn’t available, cough or sneeze into your elbow or sleeve, but try not to use your hands in any way.
  • Wash your hands properly with soap and water for at least 30 seconds, especially after the bathroom; before eating; and after coughing or sneezing. If soap and water are not ready or are finished, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol to clean the germs or virus. And never forget to wash your hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
  • Practice healthy habits. Get adequate amount of sleep, be physically active,stay calm, drink plenty of water and eat healthy food.
  • Clean and sanitize everything that are more likely to get touched with our hands like doorknobs, switches, handles, computers, telephones, bedside tables, bathroom sinks, toilets, counters, toys and other surfaces that are commonly touched around the home.
  • To as much possible, avoid getting in contact with commonly used surfaces in public places and avoid handshaking with people. Use something to cover your hand or finger if you must touch something.
  • Make sure that you have all type of supplies for at least 30 days like medicines, foods, other supplies required in day to day daily activity.
  • When you go out in public, keep yourself away from others who are sick and limit close contact and wash your hands often with soap and water.
